One day at a time. By Ollie. Lately, I’ve been seeing someone who has given me a newfound lust for life. Ironically, whilst dating him has made me feel happier, it has also made me more conscious of the parts of my own life I’m not satisfied with. Generally, my mood tends to shift back and forth between positive and negative, depending on my mindset. Last week, for example, I had started to get in my head and feel insecure about my job, which then bled out into other facets of my life, such as my appearance, home and social life, causing me to spiral.
